Suggested use: For the traditional experience: Sift 1 scoop (1 teaspoon) of matcha into a bowl. Add 2–3 oz (60–90 ml) of hot water (160–175°F / 70–80°C). Whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until frothy, then enjoy immediately.
For a modern twist: Blend with your favorite milk for a smooth matcha latte.

Keiko's Morning Matcha Latte
This is how Yuki makes it when she's in a rush:
- Sift 1 teaspoon of matcha into your favorite mug
- Add 2 oz of hot water (not boiling — around 170°F)
- Whisk until smooth (a small whisk or even a fork works)
- Heat 6 oz of your favorite milk (oat, almond, or regular)
- Pour the milk over the matcha
- Add honey if you like it sweet
30 seconds. That's your morning ritual.
